I gave up and she gave in, She wanted me to set her free, We danced and I took her for a spin, I was the wind, and she..the tree.

It's as though the Tree is offering herself to the Mother Earth. Asking her to embrace it into her lap of green warmth and security. Hold it close to her breast and not let it be ravaged by the wind. It is yet reluctant to take wings and fly away from her hearth into the turbulent but tempting arms of the beckoner.

Love the imagery.
A romantic out of place in this era?
